1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Surveying industry, that has won a large contract covering Durham and we are looking for a Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to partake in this program on a semi-permenant basis.

Responsibilities/requirements will include…

Stock Condition Surveying Experience

Experience with lodging EPCs

HHSRS Experience

3-5 days a week availability
