Southern Housing is looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract/Secondment and to support a key project across our housing portfolio. Reporting to the Survey Programme Manager , you will undertake a wide range of property surveys across Southern Housings portfolio using handheld technology. Your work will provide accurate, high-quality data to support investment programmes, business planning, compliance, and long-term financial forecasting. You will carry out stock condition surveys , HHSRS assessments , Decent Homes assessments , EPC assessments , and RdSAP data collection , as well as other survey types as needed. You will also support digital infrastructure works, inspect installations, review contractor performance, and ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
