Job Description

As a Stock and Operations Manager - New Destination, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for all back-of-house functions at our new destination. You will ensure the efficient and compliant handling, movement, and control of stock—including appointments, transfers, shipments, exports, and all Personal Shopping–related inventory—while upholding Selfridges’ world-class standards.


In this leadership role, you will drive high operational performance, implement robust processes, and proactively support the Personal Shopping team to deliver a seamless, luxurious client experience. Exceptional organisational capability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment are essential to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across all stock activities.
