Store Apprentice

20 hours per week. Located locally and must commute to the store. Store opens 7 AM to 8 PM; must manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
• Handle deliveries, restock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized store and ensure safety for customers and colleagues.
• Complete coursework each week, supported by the Store Manager and an apprenticeship coach.

• Positive attitude and warm, friendly approach to customer service.
• Reliability and flexibility: commitment to the team and ability to adapt to varied tasks.
• Energy and enthusiasm: willingness to learn; no retail experience required.
