Job Description
Role Purpose - Perform accurate and timely data entry for store operations, ensuring all transactions and records are properly captured in the system.
- Support store functions by maintaining reliable data, documentation, and record integrity.
- Assist in basic coordination and administrative tasks related to store activities.
Key Responsibilities - Perform high-volume data entry for store transactions, including:
- Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
- WRV transactions
- MTV (stock transfer / location updates)
- Update and maintain daily records in the system (e.g., GRN logs, supplier records).
- Check and verify data against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing (physical and electronic) for all data entry records.
