Summary The Store Coordinator oversees spare parts inventory by maintaining precise stock records, issuing parts promptly for maintenance and keeping thorough documentation. This position also involves handling administrative duties such as record-keeping, reporting, and coordinating with both maintenance and procurement teams, as well as providing administrative support to the Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities - Issue and record spare parts
- Raise and monitor SAP-PM/MM P-R
- Maintain SAP-PM/MM records
- Keep storage area organized
- Bin received parts and update SAP
- Source spare parts and vendors
- Track and update delivery dates
- Update chemical SDS sheets
- Identify and recommend write-off for slow-moving parts
- Replenish and control stock
- Perform monthly and annual stock counts with finance
