Main Accountabilities
Under the guidance of the Stock Coordinator, stock/Storekeeper will manage inventory, stock handling, BC ERP, DO posting, and data entries.
Store Operations
- Order Fulfillment – pick and pack materials for production orders based on production requirements, ensure timely and accurate delivery to production teams, store materials in an organized manner, coordinate with team for day‑to‑day activities, verify item description, quantity, and UOM in internal PR.
- Inventory Management – conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts, assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming raw materials and products, ensure materials are labeled, tagged, and stored according to warehouse guidelines.
