Due to an internal shift, we’re on the lookout for an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead our Fruitfed Supplies store in Cambridge.


About the role


As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the store’s success, leading a passionate team, strengthening customer relationships, and driving strong commercial outcomes.


On any given day, you’ll be:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service and trusted technical advice

  • Owning the day-to-day running of the store, including inventory, compliance, staffing, logistics, and financial performance

  • Building meaningful relationships with local growers, farmers, and industry partners to grow the business
