Job Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent overall in‑store customer experience
• Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable apparel and alternatives
• Drive sales through strong customer service and engagement
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and global brand standards
• Manage daily store operations and store meetings
• Support the Store Manager in preparing operational reports
• Lead the team in achieving sales targets
• Handle inventory monitoring and control
• Perform other duties assigned by management
• Willing to work on shifting schedules

Qualifications

• College graduate
• At least 6 months – 1 year experience as Store Manager / Supervisor in fashion retail
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Sales‑driven and team‑oriented
