We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Store Manager to lead operations at our HQ outlet. This role is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day coordination between customer care, sales, and technical teams, while ensuring smooth store operations and strong customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is operationally strong, customer‑focused, able to lead frontline staff, and comfortable managing multiple departments in a fast‑paced retail and service environment.

• Oversee daily operations of the HQ outlet
• Coordinate and manage customer care, sales, and technical/service teams
• Act as the overall person‑in‑charge for the outlet
• Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments
