Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the overall day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth business performance
2. Creating staff rosters and managing workforce requirements efficiently
3. Supervising, training, recruiting, and motivating staff to maintain high operational and customer service standards
4. Managing and monitoring stock levels including inventory control, waste management, and stock ordering
5. Ensuring high standards of product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace health & safety compliance
