Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overall store performance at the Vancouver Oakridge Shopping Centre, driving sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory and expense control, people management, and operational excellence while building clientele and executing store strategy. Responsibilities

Develop and implement store strategy and annual action plans to achieve sales and financial targets. Monitor and communicate store sales and KPIs and create action plans based on performance. Manage scheduling, payroll, head count and expense budgets to ensure efficient store operations. Recruit, train and develop store personnel and ensure team adherence to policies and procedures. Lead clienteling efforts to grow and maintain the customer database and ensure CRM standards are met.
