EB Games Store Managers are responsible for maximizing their store results by providing leadership and support to their team. They ensure that their team provides exceptional customer experiences that guarantee we retain our position as Canada’s number one destination for gaming/electronics. To do this, they must coach, mentor and develop their associates daily in addition to attracting and retaining the best talent in retail. With the best people in place, making sure they have all the necessary training and tools to be successful in their role is essential.
