The Role:
As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring exceptional customer service standards from staff. Your role involves providing necessary skills and support to maximize sales. You’ll liaise across various departments to maintain store operations effectively and offer feedback to store, brand, and area managers on staff and product matters. Additionally, you may be tasked with assuming the Store Manager’s responsibilities during their absence.
