Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard.
  • Support the management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus.
  • Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes.
  • Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities.

Success Criteria

  • Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering.
  • Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture.
