About the Role
As a Store Operation Manager, you are responsible for managing store operational activities to ensure increased sales and productivity of the human resources in the store, in support of maximum profitability.
Responsibility :
1. Plan targets for each department* (monthly, weekly, daily) and monitor achievement based on market characteristics, to serve as a reference for evaluating store operational performance.
2. Manage product/inventory turnover in the store* including forecasting, clearance, product transfers, and replenishment to optimize available space with products that contribute to increasing sales.
3. Oversee the implementation of displays and layouts* to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
4. Enhance the comfort and satisfaction of customers* who visit and transact in the store to optimize the frequency and quality of transactions for each customer.
