The Wellness Store Advisor is the face of our brand, responsible for delivering a premium customer experience that drives sales and fosters long-term loyalty. This role is a multi-functional position encompassing consultative sales, proactive merchandising, and operational excellence, designed to develop future leaders within the company.







Key Responsibilities

1. Consultative Sales & Customer Experience

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly individual and category sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and telesales.

Wellness Advocacy: Assess customer health goals and lifestyles to provide personalized product recommendations; maintain a health-first focus during all interactions.

Digital Integration: Guide customers through the online shop and encourage enrollment in the membership loyalty program.
