Requirements :

● Minimum 1-2 year of solid experience. Proven supervisory or managerial experience in the F&B, retail, or bubble tea industry.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● A customer-first mindset with a positive, energetic attitude.
● Ability to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
● Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel to Jakarta for a training period (typically 2-4 weeks).
