Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect MEP materials such as cables, conduits, fittings, pipes, valves, switches, and equipment.
• Verify materials against delivery notes, LPOs, and specifications.
• Ensure proper storage of MEP items (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems or manual logs.
• Issue materials based on approved material requests (MRN, MIV).
• Track material consumption and update stock balances regularly.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers and procurement team for material requirements.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits.
• Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) for applicable materials.
• Handle damaged, excess, or returned materials properly.
• Ensure store safety, housekeeping, and compliance with HSE standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports. <...
