Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management – Receive, store and issue spare parts and materials for heavy equipment while ensuring proper documentation and accurate stock levels. Use inventory management software and systems to track and record all items.
  • Record Keeping – Maintain up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing items, ensuring that all transactions are accurately documented.
  • Stock Organization – Maintain a neat, orderly and organized warehouse, ensuring spare parts are easily accessible and categorized.
  • Stock Control – Regularly monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes and inform the supervisor of any discrepancies or low-stock items.
  • Order Fulfillment & Physical Handling – Accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch or distribution, ensuring all parts are properly accounted for before shipment. Safely handle heavy items and spare parts, lifting and moving them with care while using the proper equipment....
