The Stores Team Leader is responsible for supervising store operations, managing inventory, leading store staff, and ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role ensures stock accuracy, safety compliance, and high standards of organisation with the working area.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Participate in a positive and proactive EHS culture across the site.
• Effectively lead the stores team to ensure cross training and availability of personnel across key areas.
• Working alongside the Operational Leaders and SIOP team to ensure that jobs are launched on time to the shop floor.
• Ensure that all projects are kitted with the right material at the right time in preparation for the launch on to the shop floor.
