As a Senior Account Manager, you will own a mixed portfolio of strategic accounts across Europe, with full accountability for retention, expansion, and long-term client health. We're looking for someone with experience in strategic account management within SaaS, data, or market intelligence, with a demonstrable track record of growing a complex book of business.
As Senior Account Manager you will:
Own net revenue retention across your portfolio, with clear accountability for renewal rates and expansion targets
Develop and execute account plans for each strategic client, identifying growth opportunities and risks at every stage
