Investment Banking Capital Markets (IBCM) comprises of regional and industry-focused coverage teams, co-led from the bank’s hubs in Europe and Asia Pacific, that ensure the delivery of the entire range of financial products and services to the bank’s clients. Primarily comprises working on origination and execution of IBCM transactions (capital raising, M&A, corporate restructurings, Ratings) as part of sector / country coverage team.
