Job Description
Currently seeking a mission-driven Strategic Operations Lead to provide direct support to senior leadership across N95 Surface Ship Programs. This position is 100% onsite, working out of a front office located near the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C.
This role requires a blend of technical depth in amphibious ship design and executive soft skills. You will be the bridge between initiatives and real-world fleet requirements. You will manage the rhythm of the office, ensuring that data calls are precise, priorities are clear, and resource sponsors are aligned to deliver the next generation of amphibious capability.
