Dertour is seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive the HR agenda across our resort locations in Fuerteventura. In this role, you will develop HR strategies aligned with global goals and oversee HR governance, KPIs, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, along with a strong strategic mindset. Fluency in Spanish and good English skills are required.
