Job Description

  • Continuously build a strong sales pipeline of new customers and new business.
  • Manage sales team to meet sales growth and profit objectives set by management.
  • Play a leading role in strengthening key customer relationships, and in customer issue resolutions.
  • Work with management to implement sales related tools and initiatives driven by Group.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide professional service to satisfy external customers needs & requirements.
  • Stay abreast of developments at major customers and decisively step in when customer satisfactionis at risk.
  • Prepare Monthly Reports to keep management team well informed, with attention to details on
  • sales, price, margins and cost of service.
