About the role

Join Victoria’s largest bus operator and play a hands-on role shaping Ventura’s strategic direction. As a Strategy and Transformation Analyst, you will support the Commercial Operations team to define and deliver strategic priorities and transformation initiatives. You’ll work across sustainability, process improvement, customer experience, bids and M&A support, helping turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

• Support strategy development: Contribute to the five-year roadmap by researching opportunities, preparing business cases, and helping prioritise high-impact initiatives with senior leaders.
• Project delivery: Own end-to-end delivery for medium-sized strategic projects—define scope, build plans, manage timelines, control budgets, and ensure quality outcomes.
