The Industrial Products, Technology & Services team at BDO is looking for a Manager to focus on Project Delivery, Business Development, Thought Leadership and Practice Development within the Strategy & Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) practice.

Responsibilities

You will work across a broad range of sectors and segments, review the deal market for potential targets and sub‑sectors of interest, and collaborate closely with senior team members and the lead Partner.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in running Commercial Due Diligence projects / streams in numerous deals, as well as growth strategy projects (preferably in a similar firm / environment)
• B2B / industrials / manufacturing sector experience – especially in deals and growth strategy
