Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead the design and delivery of large‑scale transformation programmes across service delivery, digital initiatives, policy implementation and operational improvement
- Manage cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear governance, accountability and timely delivery of initiatives
- Advise senior stakeholders on strategic priorities, transformation roadmaps and performance improvement opportunities
- Develop business cases, implementation plans and actionable recommendations that deliver measurable outcomes
- Establish performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track progress and drive continuous improvement
