Key responsibilities - Good communication skills.
- A sound knowledge of engineering principles and ability to design using all common building materials.
- Report writing and documentation skills.
- Processing construction documentation such as responding to RFIs and commenting on engineering submittals.
- Review engineering designs and provide input on their suitability. Advise on changes if required during the engineering phase.
- Contribute to designs produced by GHD to ensure the contractor has a well coordinated set of drawings.
- Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures are followed during project.
