Paradigm Housing Group is seeking a skilled and driven Structural Repairs Technician to join our Property Services team. If you’re experienced in bricklaying, groundworks, or landscaping and take pride in delivering quality, lasting repairs, this role offers the chance to make a real impact across our housing portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working independently and to a high standard, you’ll carry out day-to-day repairs and external maintenance across our properties, including brickwork, patios, and fencing. You’ll interpret technical specifications, prepare materials, and deliver safe, durable results, always with a focus on customer care and compliance.
