Plan and execute workforce into production schedule. Coordinate with logistic department, information to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing.
Responsibilities - Help to carry out several tasks between production and workforce availability.
- Plan and execute production, ensure productivity of the teamwork.
- Ensure output is as per schedule and meet due date(s) for project(s).
- Report / update Directors the daily progress of work.
- Ensure the proper order of raw materials to carry out process of work.
- Be conscious of wastages; - planned and advice for correct quantity to purchase and use.
- Plan the delivery accordingly.
- Perform filing and documentation issues, and provide with vital assistance in keep records.
- Follow SOP and report on performances, budgets and other reports required from time to time.
