Responsibilities
Manage lifecycle processes for Equity and FX structured products, including system setup, confirmations, fixings, and valuations.
Handle daily OTC option and DCI fixings.
Act as a key operational support and subject matter contact for Front Office and Head Office.
Process incoming and outgoing payments and manage securities settlements (FOP and DVP).
Handle cheque, cash transactions, and resolve reconciliation breaks with Head Office.
Support special condition setups, order amendments, retrocession and trailer fee processing.
Perform operational tasks including client offboarding, securities write-offs, LEI management, and physical documentation handling.
