**Structural Technician III / IV**

**Location:** Dayton, Ohio

**Shift:** 1st Shift | Mon–Fri | 6:00am–2:30pm

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Perform aircraft structural assembly, mods, and repairs on large airframes
+ Work with sheet metal (drilling, riveting, trimming, fitting, reaming)
+ Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
+ Align/install parts and complete structural repairs (including corrosion)
+ Support major aircraft modification programs

**What You Need:**

+ Strong sheet metal + riveting experience
+ Blueprint/technical drawing reading skills
+ Own tools

**Nice to Have:**

+ Widebody or heavy maintenance/mod experience
+ Military aircraft experience
