Student Services
Assist students with general inquiries at the Student Services Hive Counter (scheduled roster).
Manage course-related email and phone inquiries based on assigned course portfolio.
Provide coverage for the Student Services Concierge Counter during exigencies.
Student Engagement
Establish multi communication channels and maintain strong relationships with student cohorts. Disseminate information to students via established multi communications channels
Disseminate essential course information, including start dates, exams, and assessments.
Provide course counselling to students transferring to new programs.
