Role & responsibilities
· Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
· Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
· Lead Conversion: Skilfully engage potential customers over the phone, delivering persuasive sales pitches and addressing their queries effectively to convert leads into sales and admissions.
· Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceedingly daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
· Review and Optimisation: Continuously review and optimize the sales and admission processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
· Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information
· Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure successful closures
