EF is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with a passion for international understanding and cultural exchange. As part of our team, you will play an integral role in enhancing our program quality to deliver the experience of a lifetime to our students.
The role
EF Exchange Year coordinates the placement of international high school exchange students from around the world with volunteer host families in the United States. As a Student Enrollment Specialist, you will work through a minimum of four time zones as you work directly with our offices around the world. You are the primary contact for our students and their parents as you assist with the application process and you will be screening and reviewing applications in conjunction with guidelines set by the US Department of State and EF.
