Job Description
- Demonstrated experience working in field of Student Registration and/or Student Services. Role(s) in a Student Services field should have general understanding of higher education standards and practices.
- Demonstrated experience working in a training or consulting context (assisted in team trainings, system implementation, or other collaborative learning/teaching experience).
- Must have the ability to explain solutions to diverse customers, and ensure they are able to use applications and functionality effectively to accomplish their work.
- This position requires enthusiasm and energy;
willingness to learn and adapt quickly;
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
and previous experienceconducting training sessions. - The successful candidate must be a disciplined self-starter, able to work on multiple projects concurrently, and must be able to meet or exceed deadlines for customer and internal deliverables.
