From 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 8am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• However, there could be school events on Saturdays, or extending to later part of the evening, for which all staff involved would be required to support accordingly

• Support Student Development Team (SDT) in student management matters, including case management
• Help locate and manage student's inholding rooms during case management (e.g. missing students, meltdowns, discipline case)
• Support SDT to take statement from students as part of case management
• Supervise student detention and in-school suspension
• Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) - selected case support
