About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time, fixed term basis. Your contract will end 31st August 2028.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead the design, coordination and delivery of the college's peer mentoring model, including recruitment, selection, training, deployment and support of student mentors.
* Develop targeted mentoring interventions that support transition, early engagement, attendance, retention and achievement, with a particular focus on Maths and English.
