Take on a pivotal role as a Student Systems Support Specialist at Thompson Rivers University. This position emphasizes systems maintenance and functional training across multiple departments.
As part of the TRU community, you will develop and maintain fee structures while troubleshooting systems in order to optimize student experiences. Your responsibilities include providing training and support to the Registrar’s Office, ensuring accuracy in billing and compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Finance about fee structures and processes
• Troubleshoot data entry issues in student systems
• Create and deliver training programs for staff
• Maintain course catalogue entries and compliance
• Collaborate on institutional standards and procedures
Requirements:
• Associate Degree or a two-year diploma relevant to the role
• Five years of relevant experience in admissions and registration
