Description
The Study Moderator supports in-person user research and data collection studies.. This role ensures smooth session execution — preparing equipment, guiding participants, capturing data, and troubleshooting prototype hardware. The moderator also manages participant outreach and scheduling, applying creative solutions to maintain throughput and uphold participant experience standards.
• Familiarity with human factors, ergonomics, or usability testing principles
• Comfortable in participant-facing roles requiring empathy and professionalism
• Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving study environments with shifting priorities
