Job Description
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00
Key Duties of a Sub Contract Planner:
Plan and allocate set lanes to hauliers.Rate jobs on GTS and ensure haulier costs are correct.Advertise work on TWS system.Arrange live loads for hauliers.Complete jobs on GTS to allow for Stobart invoicing.Subbed volumes.Implement subcontract strategy based on forecasted volumes.Manage haulier issues and communicate these to Stobart departments such as CS, central and planning.Update hauliers documents to ensure 100% legal compliance.Report POD discrepancies and returns that may arise to reduce the company’s liability of losses.Take on additional work from 3rd party hauliers to reduce empty running on Stobart Fleet.Support Central Team as required.Qualifications
