What you’ll do:
As the Strategic Manager for Key Projects/Accounts you will advise on how to best achieve the company's business goals with a customer-centered approach and the economic and investment scenario of the local market. You will include the definition of key strategic objectives (KSO) to ensure sustainable growth with minimal risks, evaluating local goals and organization to define the optimal alignment with regional/local strategic plans based on your specific market/customer knowledge. You will also elaborate the action plan for long‑term relationship development with key and potential customers to consolidate Eaton's position as preferred partner for deploying/execution of growth initiatives (investment profile/criteria) and CAPEX/OPEX projects of key customers.
