Qualifications and Job Description

• Must be okay working 100% onsite at WNS Eastwood Site
• 3+ Years of experience in Corporate travel handing VIP Traveler’s (CEO, CFO, COO) Call and escalation case, with deep knowledge in GDS (Ticketing, reissue, refund, hotel and Car booking) with excellent customer service skill and efficient to handled tough conversation with client.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
