About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide professional coordination across bid teams and support the delivery of compelling, client-focused submissions, tenders and presentations. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in ensuring all submissions are strategically aligned, well-structured and delivered to the highest standard.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Submission Planning & Strategy Analysing client requirements and developing submission responsibility matrices
Supporting the development of win themes, differentiators and key messaging Content Development Writing clear, engaging non-technical content
Editing and refining technical inputs for consistency and quality
Developing presentations, CVs, project sheets and supporting materials Coordination & Production Coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines
