Develop, specify, and apply subsea hardware design criteria for wide variety of activities, developments, and operations, large-scale deepwater capital projects, R&D programs and offshore installation activitiesProvide management with sound recommendations and context for subsea hardware design philosophies and strategic contracting decisionsInvolvement in various subsea project support efforts from concept evaluation and selection to commissioning and start upInterface with contractors and sub-contractors and ensure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements including review of discipline design drawings and documentsDevelop and carry out procedures for FAT, EFAT, SIT, pre-loadout and installation of subsea hardwareParticipate in risk assessments, root cause failure analyses, technology evaluations/se...
