Under the direction of the WCE manager, this position provides support across the division with the goal of maintaining healthy, reliable BOPs, minimizing WCE downtime, and eliminating unplanned BOP pulls. The employee ensures proactive planning and execution of all BOP maintenance activities and provides onboard QA/QC support during IBWM execution periods, planned out-of-service periods, and in‑field WCE projects. Key duties include managing the WCE support team, handling technical support for downtime events, engaging customers, OEMs, and regulators, completing offshore subsea assessments, and coaching the offshore subsea community.
