The General Foreman Lineman is responsible for supervising and directing a crew of linemen engaged in above-grade electrical work for high-voltage substation EPC projects. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead transmission and distribution systems associated with substation construction. The Lead Foreman Lineman will plan daily work activities, allocate manpower and equipment, and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and union labor agreements. Acting as the on-site leader, this position coordinates closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain schedule integrity and resolve field challenges promptly.
