REPORTS TO: Health Services Coordinator

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Provides general health care services to students within the Hartford Public School system.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

● Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.

● Must be a graduate of an accredited school for nurses.

● Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.

● Prior nursing experience in an educational environment preferred.

● Knowledge of school health procedures, i.e. state and federal mandates.

● Must have transportation.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Current and valid State of Connecticut Registered Nurse license

• Current and valid CPR certification
